I have already tried to reinstall the EA app, repair the EA app and Sims 4, and run the EA App as an Administrator multiple times amongst other attempts to remedy the issue and nothing has worked. The EA app and Sims 4 Main Menu both say that I own the packs, and I have order confirmation emails with order numbers stating the same thing. In either case, I am unable to cue the packs I purchased to download on the EA app. When clicking to download them from the Add-ons pages for each pack in the app, I see the loading screen pop up for a second and then nothing happens. When clicking to download the packs from the "Manage Add-ons" tab in the EA app, the download buttons all become greyed out and nothing happens. (Growing Together, Kids Room, Toddler, & Greenhouse Haven). Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I purchased 1 expansion pack, 2 stuff packs, and 1 kit this past Monday. What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Except: High School Years, Get Famous, Growing Together*, Strangerville, Journey to Batuu, My Wedding Stories, Spooky, Luxury Party, Perfect Patio, My First Pet, Bowling Night, Vintage Glamour, Backyard, Toddler*, & Kids Room*.
